Associate Manager, Operations, Insight

Lead implementation and quality assurance of the near vision glasses screening and distribution program across districts in Madhya Pradesh under the State Project Management Unit (SPMU).

Coordinate with district and block offices and support community cadre in training, procurement, screening, and distribution activities ensuring timely execution as per Project Implementation Plan and SOP.

Manage capacity building, events, field visits, documentation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder management at the grassroots level.

5+ years of relevant experience in development sector, rural development, healthcare projects, or livelihood projects.

Experience preferred in district-level positions under National Health Mission or similar healthcare institutions managing project operations and capacity building.

Own mode of transport with valid driving license due to field-based travel requirements.

Fluency in English and Hindi.

Experienced in managing rural development or healthcare projects with operational ownership at district level.

Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders including government district and block offices and community cadres.

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork involving regular travel and grassroots engagement.
