Generate and distribute operational and KPI reports using revenue cycle management and data analytics tools.
Implement process improvements to reduce denials, accelerate cash flow, improve revenue cycle performance, and document related processes supporting updates from payer and regulatory changes.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or equivalent from an accredited university.
Experience in analyzing data sets and preparing KPI or operational reports using revenue cycle management systems or data analytics tools.
Location: Hyderabad or Chennai with a 5 days a week Work From Office schedule and shift timings including 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in client-facing roles or supporting stakeholders in revenue cycle engagements indicating ability to work in collaborative environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, suggesting strong analytical and technical reporting skills.
Familiarity with revenue cycle process documentation and certifications like Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist or Certified Professional Coder preferred for deeper domain expertise.
