Own development, integration, and debugging of AUTOSAR MCAL, BSW (ComStack), RTE, and OS for automotive ECUs ensuring platform stability and feature delivery.
Configure, integrate, and validate automotive device drivers and middleware including CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocols, diagnostics (UDS), and safety modules (DCM, DEM).
Ensure compliance with automotive standards ASPICE Level 2+ and ISO 26262 by developing tests, supporting audits, and preparing technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years of hands-on embedded software development experience using C on 16/32-bit microcontrollers such as S32, Aurix, Renesas, Cypress.
Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR methodologies including MCAL, BSW, RTE, device driver development, and AUTOSAR stack bring-up (Vector/Elektrobit/ETAS).
Familiarity with automotive communication protocols and diagnostic tools like CANalyzer, CANoe; experience with static analysis, unit testing, and debugging tools.
Knowledge of ASPICE processes and ISO 26262 functional safety standard compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced embedded software engineer specialized in automotive AUTOSAR stack development and integration with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Capability to handle cross-compiler toolchains, diagnostic protocols, and measurement instruments (oscilloscope, current probe).
Comfortable working in safety-critical automotive environments adhering to industry standards like ASPICE and ISO 26262.
