Administer day-to-day identity and access management services including user lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, group and role assignments, and authentication support.
Execute access requests and reviews aligned with least-privilege policies, document audit outcomes, and escalate identity anomalies for investigation.
Operate in a structured, shift-based, on-site environment supporting 24/7 IAM operations in coordination with global teams under Follow-The-Sun model.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience in IAM operations, identity administration, IT support, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user/group management, role assignments, MFA, and conditional access.
On-site work location: Hyderabad, India; must support rotational/shift schedules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with core IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC, least privilege, SSO/SAML/OAuth) and directory platforms like Active Directory or Microsoft 365 admin.
Comfortable working in a structured operational environment with clear process adherence, audit documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, security).
Ability to write clear technical notes and support multinational teams with proficiency in English.
