Ensure platform performance, security, compliance, and integration with APIs and enterprise workflows, delivering POCs for innovation and automation features.
Minimum Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in AI, automation, or platform management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience leading technical or cross-functional teams.
Expertise in Conversational AI, LLMs, NLP/NLU frameworks, and familiarity with Azure OpenAI or similar tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of translating business needs into technical chatbot solutions within enterprise environments.
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution, focused on continuous platform innovation and operational excellence.
Background in service management, IT operations, digital transformation, or automation hyperautomation domains is preferred.
