About This Role

Lead development and deployment of scalable, extendable systems involving automation and cloud technologies.

Own end-to-end delivery from conception through production, coordinating with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and front-end engineering.

Collaborate on Cisco Secure Connect E2E solutions, adding features and integrating across business units with focus on automation and monitoring.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of experience in automation engineering.

Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, ELK stack, Grafana, Terraform, GIT, AWS services (RDS, DynamoDB), and scripting languages such as Python.

Strong domain expertise in networking and experience with UI automation tools like Selenium or Robot Framework.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including automation and end-to-end test frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in agile development, preferably Scrum frameworks, able to manage rapid prototyping and cross-unit collaboration.

Skilled at debugging complex systems and working on large-scale automation frameworks in cloud environments.

Familiarity or experience with Cypress, Continuous Integration systems, Docker, and container technologies is a plus.
