BA - Commercial Banking

Lead business analysis for digital transformation and change delivery within banking and financial services, focused on business banking/SME segments.

Manage end-to-end change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle from initiation to implementation.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to articulate requirements clearly and ensure buy-in and engagement.

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation in banking or financial services.

Experience in change delivery programs with understanding of full change lifecycle.

Good understanding of financial services industry, preferably SME or business banking context.

Previous experience in commercial banking is preferred, not mandatory.

Experienced in driving change in complex banking environments, especially commercial/business banking segments.

Skilled at managing stakeholders across functions and levels with effective communication.

Pragmatic problem solver with critical thinking applied to delivery challenges in financial services.
