Lead and manage EHS oversight for India operations including Global Innovation Centre, Product Manufacturing, Project Delivery & Services, and Test Lab management.
Develop, implement, and maintain occupational EHS policies, programs, and training ensuring compliance with global and Indian regulations.
Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action management to support safe operational practices and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years work experience in high-risk industry and at least 3 years EHS management experience in a field setting.
Degree in occupational safety or equivalent fields required.
Recognized safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is a strong plus.
Must be able to travel approximately 5% annually; passport required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global or regional EHS management with ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of Indian national and regional EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze technical/regulatory information, conduct trend analysis, and lead corrective actions in a complex operational environment.
