Lead the planning and delivery of a strategic Data Platform Transformation program including implementation, migration, and operational transition of data workloads.
Manage cross-functional teams across MSD Services and Corporate IT to ensure delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Coordinate migration waves for D2i and BI/data warehouse workloads, including governance, risk management, testing, cutover, and legacy decommissioning.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of project/program management experience delivering complex enterprise technology transformations.
Proven experience leading data, cloud, data warehouse, or application migration programs.
Sufficient technical knowledge of modern data platforms, Databricks, AWS or similar, data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT, CI/CD, and data governance to manage technical teams effectively.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-workstream, distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams in large global organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and cross-team dependencies involving business, engineering, and enterprise IT.
Strong financial, resource, risk, and delivery management skills with ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
