Ensure availability, performance, and continuity of IT infrastructure and services supporting corporate and industrial operations.
Administer network operations, end-user computing, collaborative tools, and meeting room technologies, including manufacturing and Operational Technology (OT) support such as MES and industrial control systems.
Lead or coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology transformation projects; manage critical incidents, vendor coordination, and alignment of technology with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, or related areas.
Advanced English mandatory; Spanish intermediate-advanced desirable.
Experience with infrastructure/network operations, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred), OT support for manufacturing environments, project and vendor management, and basic cybersecurity/compliance knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting global or large-scale manufacturing and corporate IT environments with strong operational and vendor management skills.
Proficient in managing end-to-end IT infrastructure services including OT and critical incident management within hybrid work settings.
Capable of acting as strategic liaison between business units and technology teams, driving continuous improvements and compliance in IT operations.
