Own and grow the DIY Jewelry Products category end-to-end, including merchandising strategy, product assortment, and category performance management.
Source and develop products across various DIY jewelry segments, manage global supplier partnerships, negotiate terms, and ensure product quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, production, and digital teams to deliver omni-channel sales experiences and develop exclusive product kits.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in buying, merchandising, category management, or product sourcing within DIY jewelry, jewelry supplies, or closely related categories.
Strong knowledge of jewelry-making materials such as beads, findings, wire, gemstones, charms, and components.
Bachelor's degree (Graduation) required.
Location: Onsite in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Work mode: Fulltime.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and scaling merchandise assortments for hobbyist and professional jewelry making markets, with a focus on profitable category growth.
Skilled in sourcing from international suppliers and managing supplier relationships primarily in India, Thailand, China, and the USA.
Comfortable working across TV retail, e-commerce, digital commerce, and livestream channels, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
