Oracle EBS AP Finance Functional Consultant- Assistant Vice President

Manage and support Citi’s Oracle Procure to Pay application landscape, focusing on tracking development initiatives, risk, and issue resolution with high visibility to senior technology management.

Handle complex production support issues, including root cause analysis, creating functional specifications, system configuration, and conducting UAT coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Lead vendor guidance, collaborate with business clients for requirement gathering, perform analytical support via complex queries, and maintain procedural documentation and training materials.

12+ years of experience with Oracle ERP modules, specifically Procure to Pay suite (AP, AR, iSupplier) version R12.1.3 or higher.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle P2P modules, SQL/PL SQL queries, Oracle workflows, debugging techniques, and ITIL support processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory; Master's degree preferred.
