Assistant Vice President - Senior Business Analyst

Gather and review business requirements; perform data and gap analysis.

Support system code build through strategic analysis and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead preparation of analytics and management information to support project and program managers; define concepts under programme/project manager direction.

Graduate degree required; possession of a relevant qualification preferred.

Experience in Financial Services sector with sound understanding of Fund Accounting Platforms/Principles.

Team management skills mandatory including resource planning and management.

Work Experience Required: Business Analysis, Project Management or Test Management experience or participation in large operational change (sector-specific Securities Services experience beneficial but not essential).

Experienced in handling business analysis activities involving financial products and fund accounting platforms.

Able to lead projects and coordinate testing and deployments using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Capable of managing teams and engaging with operational risk scenarios relevant to the role while supporting cross-timezone deliverables.
