Manage production support activities for Citi's Third-party Source to Pay technology and Procure to Pay application landscape, ensuring timely resolution of complex functional issues.
Track and report development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues to senior technology leadership with high visibility, supporting milestone and SLA adherence.
Prepare functional specifications, design documents, perform system configuration, support UAT, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and handle Oracle product bugs and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Procure to Pay modules (iProcurement, Purchasing, iSupplier, ECC) version R12.1.3 or higher.
Strong knowledge of AP, GL, AR modules, SQL/PL SQL, and Oracle data models with integration expertise.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
Experience with Oracle ERP production support, ITIL processes, Oracle debugging techniques, and handling Oracle Service Requests for product bug fixes.

Experienced in managing complex Oracle ERP production support issues within a large-scale financial services environment.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
Capable of independently handling functional analysis, root cause investigations, and enhancement requests while maintaining procedural documentation and training materials.
