Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in PMO, engineering organization, or technical program management roles.
Experience managing HR-related technical programs end-to-end with engineering teams using program management and agile methodologies.
Must be based in Gurugram to support hybrid working model.
Proficient with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite; programming proficiency with these tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in HR technology domains including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Core HCM, Benefits/Compensation.
Able to balance strategic engineering process oversight with operational team support and optimization.
Strong at stakeholder communication and managing multiple streams of technical projects, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and automation innovation.
