Minimum Requirements
3 to 9 years of branch operations experience.
Graduate degree is mandatory.
Banking certifications preferred; JAIIB/CAIIB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience managing compliance with KYC/AML, RBI, and audit norms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing branch level operational controls including cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD, and reconciliation processes.
Capable of partnering effectively with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience and cross-sell banking products.
Able to train and support frontline staff on compliance, process updates, and branch delivery standards.
