Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in technical project management roles.
Mandatory hands-on experience with RPA tools such as AutomationEdge, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath.
Experience in Healthcare domain, specifically US Healthcare workflows (claims, billing, EMR/EHR, patient onboarding, compliance).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple automation projects with client-facing roles involving US stakeholders.
Strong technical background in programming (Java, .Net, Python) and RPA workflow design and architecture reviews.
Proven leadership in mentoring development teams (5–10+ members) and driving project delivery in a structured, measurable way.
