Senior Manager of Software Engineering- Java Springboot React with AWS/ Azure

5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification and demonstrated coaching/mentoring experience.

Experience managing engineering teams and leading adoption of AI-assisted development tools within engineering workflows.

Proficient in the full Software Development Life Cycle and advanced understanding of Agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.

Practical cloud-native experience, specifically with AWS; knowledge of financial services industry IT systems.

Experienced leader in full-stack enterprise-grade application development with backend Java, frontend React, and cloud hosting platforms.

Familiar with responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity, security, and governance, with ability to coach teams on these topics.

Demonstrated ability to handle global stakeholder relationships and lead AI transformation initiatives within software engineering teams.
