About This Role

Provide technical leadership and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for high-impact software projects.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale distributed software systems, including infrastructure productionization and deployment.

Collaborate with infrastructure and client teams to guide system integrations and ensure alignment across distributed engineering teams.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of software development experience, including 7 years building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or compute/storage technologies.

5 years of design, architecture, testing, and launching software products.

Experience with distributed databases, large-scale distributed systems, and C++ required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in technical leadership roles with at least 5 years leading project teams and setting technical direction.

Proven ability to operate within complex, matrixed organizations involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

Strong background in data structures, algorithms, SQL, database internals, and storage systems, preferably with advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
