Software Engineer, I

Design, develop, test, and maintain software components within larger projects aligned with organizational product objectives.

Perform system integration of software and hardware ensuring quality compliance and troubleshoot complex technical issues applying root cause analysis.

Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and improvement of development methodologies while occasionally engaging with inter-organizational and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline (B.Tech/B.E.).

0-1 years of relevant software development experience.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and proficiency in writing clean, optimized code.

Familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, cloud architectures (GCP), containerization, CI/CD, and SDLC including Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Capable of working independently on software development tasks with sound judgment and providing mentorship to less experienced staff.

Experience or keen interest in AI/ML and intelligent system architectures combined with practical understanding of both backend and front-end applications.

Comfortable with collaborative workflows including code reviews, documentation, and cross-team communication within a technology-driven environment.
