Full Stack Engineer - Vice President

Lead engineering and delivery of end-to-end enterprise business solutions focused on process efficiency, automation, and risk reduction.

Drive adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise-wide applications.

Collaborate with technology teams and third-party providers to develop scalable, user-friendly solutions with a product-focused and iterative delivery approach.

Minimum 12+ years professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start-up environments.

Proficient in Java and/or Python, with full stack development experience including UI (React JS or StreamLit) and backend frameworks (Spring or Flask).

Experience with large-scale distributed systems, REST/WebSocket APIs, messaging platforms (Kafka or JMS/MQ), databases (Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experienced in agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies within complex organizations.

Comfortable driving technical direction and cultural change by promoting engineering best practices and lean methodologies.

Skilled in navigating fast-paced environments and evolving technical challenges with strong problem-solving and proactive learning mindset.
