Develop and maintain complex, scalable, and secure AI-enabled software solutions leveraging agentic AI workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes.
Architect and govern AI-assisted engineering practices across teams, establishing validation, security, and resiliency standards in the software development lifecycle.
Define and influence enterprise-scale AI-enabled target architecture and collaborate with product and engineering teams on roadmaps and solution architectures specifically in Consumer & Community Banking division.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Expertise in at least one programming language with hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
Demonstrated experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices, including standards for validation, auditability, and secure data handling.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security, resiliency, data sensitivity, and risk-based governance in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior level software engineer or architect with deep knowledge of AI-enabled development and software architecture practices.
Experienced in implementing and influencing adoption of AI-assisted engineering processes across complex agile teams in financial services or similarly regulated domain.
Proven ability to set standards and govern secure, resilient development practices integrating AI tools, aligning with enterprise controls and product roadmaps.
