Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
10+ years full-stack development experience with Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years with Advanced Degree.
Expert-level hands-on experience in software architecture, cloud-based full-stack development, and coding; specifically with Google Cloud Platform and microservices.
DevOps, SRE, or cloud administration-only experience will not qualify; role is hands-on software engineering and leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record designing and delivering highly scalable, multi-tenant, real-time cloud software systems using GCP and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experienced in leading complex technical projects end-to-end, influencing cross-functional teams, and formulating technical strategy aligned to business objectives.
Skilled in integrating AI into software development lifecycle, maintaining intellectual property awareness, and managing system documentation and high-impact stakeholder communication.
