Own support engineering tasks for databases and AI integration, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and diagnostics across multi-model databases like document, graph, key/value, and vector.
Manage Kubernetes and cloud-based infrastructure environments to ensure stable deployment and operation of database systems and AI components.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to document solutions, escalate product defects, and deliver technical explanations to diverse audiences.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Support Engineering experience.
3+ years experience with databases such as ArangoDB, Neo4j, or similar.
Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift), Helm, and cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
Candidates must be located in India (remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in debugging complex distributed systems, including networking aspects like load balancers, DNS, and ingress controllers.
Comfortable working with Linux environments, SSH, cluster-admin workflows, and basic scripting with Python or Bash.
Demonstrates strong communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders and capability to manage customer expectations effectively.
