Manage stakeholder relationships across in-country, near-shore, and IT teams; mentor junior team members and assist in process improvement and strategic project execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Commerce, or related finance discipline.
4+ years of experience in accounting, banking, or similar finance roles, preferably within a global bank or large-scale operational environment.
Experience with complex reconciliations across multiple systems/platforms, ideally involving traded financial instruments like FX, fixed income, or equities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access; availability to work in shift hours across different time zones and travel as required.

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in reconciliation and financial controls within derivative or traded financial instruments environment.
Detail-oriented operator comfortable handling complex accounting investigations and leading process improvements under SLA requirements.
Effective in cross-team stakeholder management and mentoring within large matrixed organizations.
