Reference Data Analyst, NCT

Manage, validate, and maintain high-quality strategic reference data and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) across systems to ensure data accuracy for compliance and operations.

Process data input and approval for SSIs meeting 100% productivity and accuracy within SLA, including two-eye processing and end-of-day controls.

Identify automation opportunities, address process gaps, and collaborate with Middle Office and clients to support long-term data efficiency and risk management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

0.6 to 3 years of work experience in corporate banking.

Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial products including fixed income cash, derivatives, futures, options, and swaps.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts supporting different time zones; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; good communication skills.

Experienced in corporate banking operations specifically dealing with financial instruments and lifecycle event processing.

Ability to work under pressure with strong adherence to SLAs and production standards within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Proven capability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows, emphasizing ethical and responsible data use.
