Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound air and ocean freight shipments ensuring timely and accurate movement.
Serve as primary contact for Customer Service Operations and internal stakeholders, providing shipment updates and handling inquiries.
Ensure completion of all shipment documentation, customs compliance, and maintain accurate tracking and record-keeping as per KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of direct experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics industry handling end-to-end shipments.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Knowledge of customs filing procedures and export/import documentation and invoicing.
Base Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Experienced in freight forwarding with strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs compliance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and problem-solving responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global service center setup with good communication skills.
