Support solution design by mapping current and future state processes, assist during UAT, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience with Conga Q2C (CPQ), OTC (O2C), or SAP SD/MM business processes.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps tool usage.
Work Experience Required: 10-15 years as IT Business Analyst.

Strong expertise in business process mapping and translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
