Lead Business Analyst - MS 365 Copilot

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a settlement and payout platform supporting finance operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and engineering to create scalable financial and regulatory solutions.

Lead end-to-end product execution including requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing refinements focusing on settlement accuracy, reconciliation latency, dispute rate, and payout timeliness.

10-14 years of professional experience with a history in building and scaling complex financial or fintech systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Experience with financial systems related to settlement, payout, or reconciliation is mandatory.

Willingness and ability to travel to Korea as needed.

Experience operating at the intersection of finance and technology, particularly in settlement and payout platforms within fintech or marketplace environments.

Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex product solutions efficiently.

Comfort with data-driven decision making and stakeholder management in a multinational, multi-disciplinary setting.
