Minimum Requirements
10-14 years of professional experience with a track record of building and scaling complex financial or fintech systems.
Mandatory experience with financial systems, settlement, payout, reconciliation, or similar domains.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel to Korea as needed; fluent business English required; Korean language is a plus.

Experienced in leading product strategy and delivery within fintech, finance, marketplace, or payments platforms involving complex financial operations.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration between engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams to handle regulatory and operational complexities.
