Manager, Product Management — Sourcing & Procurement

Own end-to-end roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for Sourcing & Procurement product area within Deloitte's Zora AI platform.

Lead discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration of procurement-related AI products across multi-workstreams targeting measurable business impact.

Manage trust, compliance and governance for the product; mentor team members and collaborate extensively with US and India stakeholders across functions.

8–12 years experience in product management or product ownership with end-to-end product accountability and measurable business outcomes.

Experience delivering AI/ML-based products, including discovery, validation, evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.

Proven procurement or sourcing domain exposure, including working with procurement practitioners and related enterprise platforms.

Based in India with ability to work virtually with US stakeholders; hands-on skills in product management craft (backlogs, PRDs, user stories) and agile delivery.

Hands-on leader focused on outcome and team performance, with strong product craft, delivery, and governance discipline in AI-enabled enterprise products.

Comfortable interfacing with senior procurement stakeholders and cross-functional teams, adept at managing multi-workstream prioritization and strategy.

Experienced in procurement/sourcing domain and AI product ecosystems, with ability to mentor team members and influence roadmap at portfolio scale.
