Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven leadership in large-scale engineering projects, architecture foresight, and organizational framework implementation.

Must spend at least 50% time in-office unless approved for full remote; specific onsite requirements discussed with recruiter.

Experienced in building or leading teams working on big data resource manager systems like YARN, Kubernetes, and containerization at scale.

Demonstrated ability to influence technical vision and standards across large organizations, improving developer velocity and system reliability.
