Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 12+ years’ experience in software engineering or systems design.
Experience leading architecture and development of scalable software systems across multiple platforms.
Hybrid work model requiring on-site presence approximately 2 days per week at an HPE office.

Proven track record as a senior architect or technical leader in complex software systems with substantial impact on products or strategic direction.
Experienced innovator with history of patents or significant software design contributions accepted in the field.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at executive and cross-organizational levels, including guiding standards and mentoring technical teams.
