Maintain and optimize data pipelines, scheduled reports, and key recurring data processes with high reliability and observability.
Design and maintain Power BI semantic models and data tools (Power BI, Synapse Analytics), enabling business users to self-serve and interact via AI-driven natural language queries.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Data Engineering and Business Intelligence roles.
Mandatory technical skills: strong SQL, Azure Synapse (or Azure Data Factory), Power BI.
Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare) involving data accuracy, audit trails, and deadline-sensitive reporting.
Fluent English with ability to work UK working hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both hands-on data engineering and BI modeling with end-to-end ownership of data pipelines and tooling.
Comfortable working autonomously with direct business stakeholder engagement to translate business questions into trusted datasets and reports.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality data environments in regulated sectors ensuring compliance and operational stability.
