Minimum Requirements
8+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Advanced programming skills in Java and/or Python.
Experience leading use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI practices within engineering workflows.
Practical cloud native experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of independently solving design and functionality problems in complex systems.
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI governance in production environments.
Background in financial technology platforms focusing on risk evaluation with exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, and tools like Databricks, Airflow, or Kafka would be advantageous.
