Lead Security Engineer - Threat modelling, Cloud Security

Lead delivery of secure software solutions within Cloud Foundational Services ensuring functional and security requirements are met to prevent misuse.

Facilitate security requirements clarification across multiple networks and triage threats based on risk assessments to manage impact of disruptive events.

Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational security outcomes.

Formal training or certification in security engineering concepts.

10+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience, 5+ years applied in security engineering roles.

Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and enterprise-level security solution design and implementation.

Extensive experience with threat modeling, business risk articulation, and use of approved AI-assisted software development tools.

Experienced in platform security enablement with in-depth technical knowledge in areas like AWS, Kubernetes, AI or machine learning.

Capable of independent problem solving on design and functionality issues with minimal oversight.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders and coach engineering teams on responsible AI and secure practices.
