Team Lead Engineering E2E SRE Cluster 2

Lead and scale the global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform and operating model ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance across enterprise digital platforms.

Drive SRE technical strategy including enforcement of operational standards (error budgets, service models) and AI-driven operations/automation to maximize system performance.

Manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering career development, team health, and resolving cross-team impediments in collaboration with stakeholders.

Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in people management, product/service or program management roles.

At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.

Expertise in Core SRE practices including SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, Error Budget policies, Chaos Engineering, and Fullstack Observability.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years leadership experience; 2+ years in regulated healthcare tech (pharma/biotech)

Proven ability to lead and scale complex technical teams in a regulated, healthcare technology environment.

Strong strategic orientation with skills in defining technical vision aligned to organizational goals and navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Experience driving adoption of SRE culture including self-service operational excellence, AI operations, and blameless collaboration models.
