Lead and supervise a team of engineers and quality analysts developing and maintaining data integration and analytics solutions.
Own delivery plans, timelines, and technical deliverables while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders including engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams.
Manage stakeholder negotiations on features, enhancements, and incoming tasks to support enterprise customer business efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 10 years experience in ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and technical project management.
Hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with ETL tools plus basic scripting in Python.
Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, and delivering Data integration and analytics projects.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Web services, and both In-Premise and Cloud data extraction challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing cross-functional teams across IT, software engineering, and business domains in fast-paced environments.
Strong background in delivering data integration and analytics projects end-to-end, including planning and stakeholder coordination.
Preferably has US Healthcare domain experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies for iterative delivery.
