Design, execute and maintain end-to-end test scenarios including exploratory tests, automated regression suites, and AI/ML evaluations for Champion Assist product.
Validate functional behavior, response accuracy, relevance, and overall user experience of AI agents, identifying and analyzing issues including cross-agent and integration problems.
Continuously strengthen test and evaluation coverage by feeding findings back to engineering and re-testing fixes as the product evolves.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
3-5 years of testing experience; web testing is a plus.
Knowledge of automation testing tools and QA methodologies; programming experience and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete) are preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years of testing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in validating AI/ML capabilities especially in systems with multiple evolving agents.
Comfortable working in a virtual-first environment with global, distributed teams and multiple product release environments.
Skilled at identifying technical and user experience issues in complex integrated systems and enhancing automated test suites accordingly.
