Minimum Requirements
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification.
Expertise in one or more programming languages and system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proven experience designing and leading adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, including security, human-in-the-loop validation, and auditability standards.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years of software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in AI-assisted software engineering workflows, including governance and risk-based controls for sensitive data and resiliency.
Experienced in influencing senior technical leaders and collaborating across business, product, and technology teams in large-scale financial or similarly regulated environments.
Strong background in cloud native solutions and advanced software architecture in domains such as AI, machine learning, or related technical disciplines.
