Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in UX, product design, or related discipline, ideally with complex B2B SaaS or software products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design including complex workflows and problem solving.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Experience working in Agile product development and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced designing technically complex products, preferably enterprise software, cybersecurity, data protection, or backup/recovery solutions.
Able to simplify complex technical concepts and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across distributed global teams in different time zones.
