Minimum Requirements
15-20 years experience in Data Transformation, with minimum 8+ years in Big Data systems/Data Lakes/Analytics managing Build & Run teams.
Experience managing teams of 10+ resources including full-time, contract, and vendor staff.
Proficient in Data Movement Technologies and Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, specifically GCP, Python, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Storage.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing service delivery and teams in Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) settings for multinational companies.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Scrum Agile methodologies and DevOps Agile practices.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and driving high-velocity software development and operations within regulated governance standards.
