Lead and execute large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives and transitions within the Global Capability Center (GCC).
Establish and govern PMO standards, oversee strategic program portfolios, and drive continuous improvement using automation and AI-enabled project management.
Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to align strategic priorities, communicate progress, and enhance GCC’s operational excellence and business impact.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in transformation, transitions, PMO, management consulting, or strategic programs especially in Global Capability Center environments.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation and transition initiatives with program and portfolio management expertise.
Experience working with executive leadership and managing senior stakeholder engagement globally.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years
