Prepare and clean raw data, conduct exploratory data analysis, and engineer features for model inputs.
Build, validate, and benchmark baseline predictive models using basic machine learning techniques.
Develop and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines, data visualizations, and documentation to support analytics and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative modeling roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience in data cleansing using pandas or NumPy; working knowledge of Git for version control.
Basic knowledge of statistical methods and introductory machine learning models (linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling data preparation and exploratory analysis within a data science team environment.
Able to apply and expand foundational machine learning and statistical skills in a supportive technical setting.
Familiarity with insurance brokerage or the financial services sector is a plus but not mandatory.
