Lead end-to-end SAP Implementation & Transformation projects focusing on cost, time, resource, risk, and quality management.
Manage multi-vendor, multi-country project teams and stakeholder communications including reporting, escalations, and steering meetings.
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and measurement methods for assessing progress and outcomes aligned with customer and SAP methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years total work experience with minimum 3 years in project management.
Proven experience leading at least 2 full SAP Implementation projects on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC platforms.
Strong functional expertise in SAP modules FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, or QM (exclude ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, HCM).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent; must be flexible to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in project management within MNCs or international clients with multi-geography projects.
Skillful in SAP Activate methodology, cloud solutions, and project management tools; certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 preferred.
Demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills in large-scale SAP program environments.
