Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 designers.
Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including design systems and shared libraries.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards preferred.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage mid-to-large design teams effectively.
