Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Science; MBA degree required.
3 to 7 years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical industry or related field.
1 to 2 years managing large product portfolios and cross-functional teams in B2B and/or B2C environments.
Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, data/analytical tools, and working knowledge of syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing pharmaceutical product portfolios with strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse global teams across functions.
Proficient in creating business cases, dashboards, and product roadmaps supported by data and customer insights.
