Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based test automation frameworks using tools like PyTest, Behave, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright.
Lead technical decisions and architecture for automation frameworks focusing on scalability, maintainability, and integration with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Drive enterprise-wide automation strategies including API test automation, parallel execution optimizations, mentoring, and leveraging AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering) to accelerate software testing.
Minimum Requirements
9 to 12 years of experience in test automation engineering with strong Python expertise.
Proficiency in PyTest, Behave, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and API automation for REST and SOAP (including OAuth, Bearer Tokens, NTLM).
Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Experienced technical leader capable of influencing framework architecture and driving large-scale automation initiatives.
Strong background in Python automation frameworks and advanced Python concepts including OOP, decorators, iterators, and exception handling.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven solutions in test automation workflows and to mentor teams on quality engineering practices and automation excellence.
