Bridge business stakeholders and technical developers by translating business needs into well-defined Epics, Stories, and Tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
Maintain JIRA as the single source of truth for the squad, handling board configurations, reporting, and enforcing Agile best practices and team discipline.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years supporting a technical development squad.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification mandatory.
Strong proficiency in JIRA administration including backlog management, reporting, and sprint management.
Experience working with or alongside ServiceNow development teams; direct platform development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to run all Scrum ceremonies and manage Agile delivery within technical squads, especially in ServiceNow or similar ITSM environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across all levels from developers to senior leadership.
Experience or familiarity with SAFe framework and regulated industry contexts such as insurance or financial services preferred but not mandatory.
