Manager , Accounts Payable

Manage end-to-end global accounts payable operations including vendor invoice processing, payments, employee reimbursements, corporate travel, and credit card programs.

Lead, mentor, and develop a global AP team, manage performance standards and KPIs.

Ensure compliance, support audits, provide cash flow forecasts and AP aging reports, and drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

6+ years of accounts payable experience with 3+ years in a managerial role in a US-owned multinational company.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, corporate credit card management, and ERP/AP software proficiency.

Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and X-Lookups.

Experienced in managing global AP teams in dynamic multinational environments with strict compliance and audit requirements.

Proficient in driving process improvements and maintaining data integrity in financial systems.

Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
